Our reports are written clearly and formatted to be issued directly to your developer. While we cannot guarantee how any individual developer will respond, a clear photographic report from an independent qualified surveyor provides a strong basis for raising defects formally. Where specialist investigation is required, this will be clearly identified in the report.

No. Our inspections are visual and non-intrusive. We can identify visible signs of dampness, moisture or water ingress and note these in our report, but we do not carry out specialist damp investigations, intrusive testing or opening-up works. Where specialist investigation is recommended, we will note this clearly.

Monthly payment arrangements are available as an interest-free arrangement for the annual fee.

Are you a Chartered Surveyor?

Megan is not currently a Chartered Surveyor. She is a qualified Building Surveyor currently progressing through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) pathway. She does not provide RICS Home Surveys, valuations, structural surveys, specialist damp reports, electrical inspections, gas safety inspections, EPCs, asbestos surveys or fire risk assessments.
